đ¤ Referrals
Request free, practical support from a real person: someone to come with you to appointments, take notes at meetings, help with paperwork or simply be alongside you. No qualifications needed, no legal advice involved.

Meeting Note-Taker
A trained volunteer to take detailed notes at EHCP reviews, school meetings, or professional appointments, so you can focus on the conversation.
Form-Filling Helper
Help completing forms such as DLA, PIP, school admissions, local authority applications. Guidance on what is being asked, not advice on what to say.
Research Buddy
Help searching for local services, understanding council letters, and finding the right contacts. Not legal interpretation, just practical research support.
Check-in Calls
A scheduled friendly call from a trained SEND parent volunteer to listen, share experiences, and provide peer emotional support during a stressful period.
